Renault
unveils the Dacia Logan
The Dacia Logan is a car designed to bring modern, reliable transport to
the developing world. Central and Eastern Europe, parts of Asia, Africa
and Central and Southern America - countries where local car production
was often cast-off old Western European designs. Since the unveiling of
the car in 2004 there has been a call from customers in Western Europe who
are also attracted to its simple but modern design, so in response Renault
will sell the car in left-hand drive in some mainland Western European markets
later this year.
When RHD becomes available, Renault UK will market the Dacia Logan in the
