is the product of over 20 years expertise between Peter Rodger and a number of carefully selected network associates whose skills are engaged as required. The experience of developing and managing a nation-wide, web-based learning platform, which has over 300,000 registrations supported by over 500 online tutors and is used by over 50 FE colleges, led to the formation of TalkingHat Associates in 2004.

Peter has been directly involved in the development of computer and Internet based resources for the public and private sector for more than 15 years and currently has a particular interest in the promotion and development of 2nd generation web sites for the voluntary and community sector.
